BOOKING POLICY

 

  • To make a booking please contact the admin office via email or telephone. Details are specified under the contacts tab.
  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and is required within 48hrs following the reservation being made. The Wilds reserves the right to cancel the booking should payment not be received.
  • Final payment needs to be made 7 days prior to arrival. The Wilds reserves the right to cancel the booking should payment not be received.
  • A refundable breakages/damages deposit of R1000 is required.
    * On departure our helpers will do an inspection and if any breakages/damages are found, the cost thereof will be deducted from the breakages/damages deposit. Should the breakages / damages exceed the deposit amount, an additional invoice will be generated to cover the full cost.
    * Refunds are done within 7 working days following check-out.
  • Please note that for last minute reservations, full payment is required upon confirmation! Provisional bookings will only be held for 3 days; thereafter the booking will automatically be released.
  • Rates are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Only written cancellations will be accepted; please ensure you receive acknowledgement of cancellation.
  • The cancellation fee is a percentage of the full accommodation account.
    • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 5% cancellation fees
    • 29 – 15 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fees
    • 14 – 5 days prior to arrival: 45% cancellation fees
    • 4 – 0 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fees

PLEASE NOTE:

  • THE CANCELLATION FEE IS WAIVERED IN CASES WHERE A RE-BOOKING IS MADE.
